  • Early Registration: Now open until 15th of November 2025

  • Late Registration: Begins 16th of February 2026

VISA Notice:
Participants registering late who require a UK visa will be provided with an invitation letter. However, the conference organisers cannot guarantee visa approval and will not be able to offer refunds if the visa is not granted in time to attend. We kindly advise all participants to plan accordingly.

English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions.
